Where I stayed
So today was all about getting packed up and ready to move on to Noosa.
I had a real lazy day spent around the pool. The one thing that I did want to do today before I leave was to watch the sunset up at Carlo Sandblow. What this is is a large sand dune up on the hill which on one side, the sand dune reaches the ocean and the other, looks out over the town. It was absolutely beautiful up there. I walked up there around 5 pm as it takes a little time to get up there due to the steep hill you have to climb. There were loads of people up there waiting for the sunset. Some had picnics, others with beers, or as I was, just sat watching.
I had a little wander around and then went back up the top to watch the sunset and I must say I was not disappointed. It was beautiful, just a shame I didn't have any beers with me so I have to make do with my water!!!
Not much else happened to tell you about. Went to bed around 10 pm as I have to catch the bus to Noosa tomorrow. Looking forward to this as Noosa is supposed to be a very rich town so who knows, I might bag myself a rich man!
