Hello,

I've had a couple of quiet days mainly doing my work, also cleaned my room - had to do a bit of shopping for that - not exciting stuff but you can see prices; rubber gloves, scourer, washing up liquid, soap powder, 3 cloths, big bottle of water - 27.20 Yuan (�2.72)

I read somewhere that firecrackers and fireworks used to be banned here and that the ban was lifted some time ago - it is like bonfire night/day here every day as fireworks are let off often - day and night! i really like them :o)

Tomorrow i am being picked up from here at about 6.40 to be taken to 扬州; Y�ngzhōu. i will then be working Monnday, Tuesday, Wednesday (plus being one of the judges at the English speaking contest on Monday night) - but I hope to find some time so I can let you know how Y�ngzhōu goes!
