Decided yesterday that I'd well and truly had enough of Darwin and booked a flight to Brisbane as soon as possible. Figured I may as well try my luck fruit picking again for a month and Queensland is the place to be. It's also another part of Australia that I didn't think I'd get a chance to visit on this trip so I am happy. I spent far too much time (and money) in Darwin and really need to move on to get back in the travelling spirit.

Hopefully I'll be able to save up a bit more money to continue to the next destination, either way we have set a preliminary date of 3rd July to leave Australia and shoot off to the next country.

I will be travelling on my own to Brisbane as Dave has decided to fly over to Perth with Lisa and try his luck in finding work over there. I don't really have any worries about travelling on my own around Australia and there is more I wanted to see over on the East Coast than the west. Lets hope I'll get to see a few places and not just work every day!
