Managed to sleep better than expected in the tent, even though it rained, and after breakfast we got on the road and off to todays destination. Tried to pay at the booth but there was no one there again so got away with a free nights sleep!

Today was another 400km drive, but I managed to sit it out in the back and watch the world pass by again. The drive was pretty much the same all the way through heavily wooded areas with massive trees on either side of the road. The town of Orbost has a bit of a barny going on with some environmentalists about logging in the area but there are more than enough trees so I don't see what the problem is really.

We stopped at a garage in Orbost for about an hour to get a new tyre. Luckily they managed to repair the old one and it only cost us $18! Bargain but lets hope we don't need to use it! The drive continued for another 3-4 hours and in that time we only came to a couple of tiny wild west towns before arriving at Wilsons Prom, one of the largest national parks in Victoria.

After setting up the tent, listening to the drum and bass from the Aussies in the site opposite us we went off to walk around the woods a bit. Well it is a national park and you have to pay an entrance fee so we may as well see a little bit. The walk was through a dying forest which was quite eerie before arriving at a massive beach. Took a few photos before deciding that was enough and going back to the tent for yet more pasta. After eating nothing but pasta for the last 2 weeks it is getting slightly better every time, although it is still incredibly boring. Sat around enjoying the last of our Tooheys crate before heading to bed early again at 9:30! Melbourne tomorrow!
