Well today was our first day back at home.  Bart sleep in, I started to update the blog.  Hope you like some of the pictures, we are putting up.  Sorry things are taking so long.

It's a hot one today it reached 34 degrees Celsius, around 95 back home, and very humid.  We didn't mind to much Nadia put the A/c on and it was quite comfortable.  Bart worked on the computer trying to figure all of the family history info he gathered along the way and I started to go through all of our paper work we collected as well.  Can't believe how much junk you accumulate after traveling.

After a while, I started to get a head ache, so I took a little nap.  Bart watched TV, the show we watch here is Evergreen, I believe it's on around 11AM.  Not much interested on  TV other then soaps, cricket and cooking shows, not that we are TV people.  We are more into the travel movie, go figure!!  We also caught up on some news, one things that we missed was that Hillary Clinton will be running for President next year.  I personally wouldn't mind a women president or even an African America, time for something different in the good old USA.  Not sure how Bart feels on that topics.  They also released a report today that the Great Barrier Reef will be dead in 30 years due to global warming.  They said as it dies the coral will start to turn white, we did see a lot of that, but saw some wonderful color as well.  Happy we had the change to visit the reef while we were here.

All of a sudden I hear the ice cream man's ringing his bell.  I asked everyone if they would like some ice cream for dessert after dinner.  Of course we all said yes, I said we could just get it in cups and put it in the frig for later.  Nadia didn't know what I was talking about.  She said he doesn't have ice cream like that.  This ice cream guy sells boxes of ice cream.  Different for us, we thought he was like a Mr. Softy from back home.  Nadia said she like the Mango Bars, a healthier bar.  So we thought why not, Australia is know for it's Mango.

In the mean time Bart started to cook dinner pasta Bolognes tonight.  It was very good, a bit spicy but good.  Sometime you just have to have some pasta.  I guess now that we are traveling it's one of the easiest things to cook, but nothing like to night everything homemade.  Due to us having full stomaches from the pasta, we need to wait a while for our treat.  And boy was it a treat, the Mango pops were go good.  Refreshing on a warm night.

Time to bed.  More to come tomorrow.
