After a long night to bed about 4AM, we were just at 8AM to check out of our bungalow and get a ride to the Thong Sala port for our 12:00 ferry to Suri Thani.  We took shower, we all packed up and just waiting around for the driver.  Finally he pulls us with a pick up truck full of 5 gallon water jugs.  All we could think of is were are 10 people and all of our luggage going.  He piled all of our bags on top of each other, included the surf board.  Four of us sat inside and the rest where ever they could fit.  Poor Bart she sat outside for a nice half hour ride.  It wasn't bad, nice breeze, beautiful scenery.  The water was perfect nothing like the last few days, the water was crystal blue and the sky didn't have a cloud in it.  We had about a 1/2 wait at the port and then they called us to board.  Once on the boat we purchased sandwiches and took a nap, same movie as on the way to Koh Phangan "40 Year Old Virgin",  actually the 3rd time seeing this one in a week.
When we arrived in port we meet our driver, while waiting for other passengers Bart went to get some Pad Thai.  We were a little hungry and didn't know when we would eat again.  He then took us to the travel agent that we purchased the return tickets off of.  She was cooking food as well, we told her we were not hungry.  But of course she told us she cooked for us, so we had come Chicken Fried Rice as well.
Once again as it goes in Thailand, you never get taken exactly where you need to go.  So we were in the truck again this to we were hoping to our final stop, over to her sisters place.  Actually a nice place same place we were dropped of a week again.  Nice little set up restrooms, kitchen area, beverages, tables, wicker couches and chairs, gazebo, and hammocks.
We were there for about 45 minutes, when our bus pulled up.  Of course we were the last two on the bus and what did you know, no seats.  Some how the driver told Bart to sit in the front next to him.  Then it left myself and another passenger without seats.  I was pissed, he started to pull away and again had to tell him 2 of us didn't have seats.  He then gets on his cell phone and he comes a guy with 2 plastics chairs.  I exploded.  I told him we made these reservations a week ago and paid 560 Baht to sit on a plastic chair.  I told him I wanted some money back, he told me I could get off the bus and would get on the morning bus to Krabi.  I said that would be fine if he puts we up in a hotel, since we were in the middle of now where.  He yelled back at me that we would have to pay for it.  By that time, the other guy was pissed.  The guy was totally ignoring him and just took his chair and when to the back of the bus where he could fit his chair.  I plopped mine in the isle in the front row.  It was uncomfortable of course, but there was no way we were paying for a hotel in the middle of now were.  Finally we were off for our 3 hour ride to Krabi.  The had a movie "American Pie Wedding", by this time I needed a few laughs.  Also had sometime to read about our next destination Ao Nang.
Once we arrived in Krabi all of these guys came up to us trying to get us to book a hotel with them.  Finally we found one for 600 Baht with fan and hot water.  After about a 20 minute ride we where in Ao Nang right where Roberts nephew Dean told us to get a place.  We thought we were in good hands.  We asked the guy about the room, Robert questioned the hot water again.  He isn't very fawned of taking cold showers.  Which we have been going for the past week.  The guys said no.  I couldn't believe it twice in one day.  I told him I wanted to call the guy who booked it because he lied to me.  We were originally supposed to get a room for 500Baht but they were all sold out, so we got the one for 600Baht and hot water.  He yelled at me that he has been waiting all night for us, which was a bunch of bull since we only booked about 30 minutes ago.  I was getting even more pissed and just said give me the key so I could go to bed.  The guy was pushing us out the door with no key.  I didn't understand, so of course I yelled more.  Telling him he was misunderstanding me.  Since I couldn't get my money back I was staying here.  I was ripped of once by this place, I wasn't about to lose all of our money and not have a place to sleep.  He finally took us to a room, hot and a few bugs.  We put the fan on full blast and finally fell asleep after a very long and crazy day.
Travel Tip:  Best to find a room on your own when you are traveling around the world and trying to save money.  You are so much better off to see the room for yourself then let someone else pick it for you.  This is the second time we did this on our entire trip and it happened to be in Thailand we did this the first time turned out to be get with a great breakfast and pool and this time a dump.  I will post the name of the place later when I have the info.
