From San Jose I took a bus to Limon. The bus is really easy to take and leaves every hour or so. The main purpose for this trip was to visit Alina's family in Limon. I am happy that was the purpose rather than to see limon.

During the whole month of December Limon is supposed to suck. It rains all day, and when it isn't raining the mosquitoes come out.

The people I was hanging out with ended up going to the beach at night and starting a campfire on the beach (how they were able to start a fire when everything was soaked was beyond me). It was a rather pleasant experience.
