We leave today at 5:46 p.m. on Delta.  We are so excited because we have James and Alex graduating from College (MS State and Ole Miss)  We'll have to draw straws to see who goes where.
They both are at about the same time and we can't get to both.  Also, Alex and Peyton have an announcement party on Saturday nite..............how special!
I am posting a few pictures.  Really don't have much time to write.  We are still having fun in this laid-back place.  Cooked a whole Yellow-tail snapper on the grill last night. (oops! we forgot to take pictures of our yellow-tail catch yesterday.  Our dock neighbor, just across from us, went with us to show us how to yellow-tail.  It is really different.  Anyway, those fish are really good!!
We have had some good catches and we also have eaten at some great restaurants.................
Remember a few entries ago, I took a picture of a restaurant that looked really bad????? I said we hadn't had a recommendation!  Well, we did get a couple of recs that said it was the 'best fish sandwich ever".  We gave it a try and sure enough.............it was great.  Doesn't look great, but it was AND busy too!
I included a few fish pics................just remember I always catch the BIG ONE.  While Ralphie was cleaning the fish (at the fish station), there were huge Tarpon 'in wait' for the scraps.  Try to look through the water and you will see them...................they just lay 'in wait'.  Probably 80 to 100 lbs. with big teeth.  Don't fall in the water there, for sure.
Not being a photographer, I tried to take a picure/video of Ralph getting a large Mahi to the boat.
If you look FAST, you will see a little part of the fish...............and then, trying to pull the fish up through the door in the back of the boat.  I apologize for 'just missing' the best part............look good a couple of times and you MIGHT see the fish.  It was fun..............These fish are SOOOOOO bad when they come into the boat that we figured out how to pull them in and slide them straight to the fish box that is in the floor of the boat.  The one not reeling the fish, has to open the door to the fish box and 'stand back'.................what crazy things we do for fun!
