Today is the day that I am farwelling Sydney soil, friends and family, for a year in Canada. I am excited about meeting up with my best friend, and other travelling friends from the past. Boarding my Air Canada plane, I was happy to know that it has not gone into bankruptcy!

I am sitting here thinging, wow...... I had beaten SARS, airlines going bankrupt, war and now I am here, having to battle a very drunk and drugged out man, who punched a passenger in the face, sexually assaulted the hostess and now he is lying across 4 seats passed out.

When he woke he demanded that the crew give him back to lighter and wallet, and then proceeded to try and open the exit doors. We could not land in Hawaii, until they had restrained him. Before we could disembark, they had security, customs, paramedics, FBI and anyone else that was interested boarded the plane to get him off. Needless to say he was not on the flight to Vancouver!
