This morning we updated our blog for two hours as we found a cafe offering free internet. It started us off late. We then waited in our tent for a while waiting out rain. But once we got going we had a spoke break and two flat tires. By the time we made it 18 km up the hill to the Plitvice National park it was 4 pm drizzly with a very heavy fog rolling in. After much deliberation we decided to pay the entrance knowing we wouldn't make it very far tonight. The park was awesome. At least what we could see in the heavy fog. There were unreal waterfalls under wooden walkways. And a peaceful walk. Oh that's until it started pouring again. But hey wet walking around a park or wet riding a bike were our options. Don't get us wrong the park with the continually changing formations at the base of these little pools/lakes creating these beautiful cascades and perfectly clear water to boot was pretty sweet. My understanding is that there are very few places like this in the world.

National Park Wonder
Wow! Another amazing shot. National Park #8 I think it was. I'm looking forward to hearing more about the unusual water thing when you get back to Minneapolis.
