Wow, what a city. There is a ton of cool stuff to look at. The days of biking the wrong direction to get here were worth it. We rode into town and took a Campground just out of town which was actually just a grassy terrace behind a pension overlooking Prague. It was cool. There were several other tents up there but when we arrived we saw no one. That is until 3 am when these indiviuals with no regard for anyone else completely startled us out of our sleep. It was kind of creepy. The second night we got used to it. We never did get used to the ants but it was easier than picking up and trying to find another campsite on the other side of town.
Prague is cool we bought some day long public transportation passes for like 5 bucks and left our bikes with the tent. Nice to be off our bikes but maybe miles and miles of walking and sight-seeing still constitutes a rest day? Well that's our approach.
We toured the castle grounds and the cathedral. We walked along St. Micheals bridge or Peter with all the other thousands of tourists. The number of tourists in this town is unbelievable. The tourist to Citizen ration is 9 to 1 according to our guide book. After today I have no trouble believing it.
