(47 miles)
Today we were definitely slowed down by the rain. I guess it's just not that fun to ride a bike in the rain. So we stopped in Sedin. A town with the largest medieval castle in Europe. We ate an Americain, which is a sandwich eaten in Belgium and the north of France. It's hamburger patties and french fries stuffed into a Baguette with some tasty choices in Mayo based sauces. Very tasty. Cold, wet and well fed we continued to the belgian border over some severe ups and downs.

Then as it began to get late we asked a nice lady where we could find a campsite. She said 15 km down the road. Perfect, we thought. At about 7 km down the road a pretty heavy storm hit and that's where you see me waiting it out under a tree.

Lost your camera?
Is France looking all the same? Where are the pictures? rogerandcaroly.blogspot.com has grandkids 17 and 18. We skype Debbie tomorrow (mother's day) and pick her up on Wednesday.
Have a safe fun time.
