Weīre staying with this great couple who are so incredibly welcoming..everyone should couchsurf!
Last night we went out on the town in Bordeaux...wine here is SO good...and crazzy cheap. A bottle of incredible wine here is like 2 USD...you canīt even buy barefoot for that...and thatīs rather gross. Everyone is out and about here at night...really young and lively city. Beautiful fountains and buildings. My hosts told me that a few years ago they finally started to clean all the building fronts and marble steps because it was getting just so icky and though still many people were visiting to check out the rather tastey wine, everyone was commenting on how dirty of a city it was. Well not anymore everyone! It beautifulll now. All the construction and cleaning is done and now it looks like a brand sparkling new city. I strongly urge everyone to make it a stop.
