Our next stop was in Amarillo and probably one of the oddest stops I've ever made. It's called the Cadillac Ranch and consists of 10 cars buried nose down in the field. For some reason, it's appeal has grown over the years as people stop to add their own little imprint on the cars using spray paint.

Also in Amarillo is the Big Texan. It's known both for the big cowboy sign out front and the free 72 oz steak. The catch is that you have to eat the 72 oz steak and sides within an hour or you have to pay. We decided not to try it.
