here we are...in Walnut Creek...in the retirement suburb called Rossmoor...just the place to celebrate your 25th birthday.
Goodbye to Chestnut ranch, goodbye Renee, goodbye Tom & Nikki. The last piece of vegan chocolate cake for the first breakfast of my new age, frapping the strings tied around the tent to make sure that its not gonna fall off...last 'lookaround' - damn we did such a good job with the roses - and off we go... Pam was kind to offer us a place to stay for as long our roads with Liina are going different ways till we meet again..
The so called retirement suburb is quite a suprising place...not that all the blocks, streets, houses and ppl look the same but the way its built up...i wouldn't mind spending my old age here... but of course i've other visions in my head... anyway...one thing what might give trouble in the old age is the identical look...we wandered around couple of hours last night on our way back home...of course we didn't have an address...smartasses like we have proven to be already before... we'll always be 'Imbi & Arni'... the small remains of memory that gave us the house number and a knowledge that nearby there should be hilltop with some houses.. but of course there r same numbers on every street and the hilltop wasn't as unique as it could have been.. wandering through several alleys in the dark the joy was outrageous when we saw Pam's car...home...bed...warm...and another piece of chocolate cake... how many pieces of cake we've had today?? too many and we were obviously suffering in the overdose of food...being polite isn't so easy time to time... better than starving and someone counting your mouthfulls...
