Well, we're back again and it's grand. We did the essentials to get set up again and now we're just trying to enjoy the beauty here. It was about 75˚ yesterday with some significant wind, but tolerable.

I only got one shot, of a lone duckling, sans mother, this week. He seems to be doing fine on his own and hopefully will have flight feathers in time to go south to warmer climes before the serious winter sets in up here. Lynn spotted a pair of bald eagles hunting over the water and I managed to get one shot of one near a house across the lake. I don't know if you can see the eagle though, it's in the top right quadrant of the photo. Lemme know...

By the way, if you want to continue to get these updates, please let me know. Otherwise, I'm going to trim down my list of "subscribers" to save the airways a few whatevers...
