The weather is typical for August. Thunder greeted us with enough wind to raise whitecaps on the lake. It's as green as I've ever seen it here, what with all of the moisture through winter and in the spring. We just had a new septic tank installed and that's about the only spot that is not covered with green.
The sun is breaking through again so we're anticipating a nice evening. I'll be adding a few photos and impressions over the next week, so stop by if you're interested.
