Left Tenerife at 1pm, airport was jam packed with tourists. Thought i got lucky on the plane as id gotten a emergency exit seat.. had plenty of legroom but couldnt lean the seat back, bummer!
The plane landed with a massive jolt and i could have sworn the wheel rims touched the asphalt!

Waited for a few hours at Gatwick airport for Cleggy, one of my best mates from school to arrive in his near-new silver BMW Z4! what a dream of a car and a last dose of luxury! We raced around a bit and finally arrived at Cleggys new apartment to be welcome by karina, his lovelly girlfriend who served us a healthy dose of some amazing spaghetti.
Next morning woke up to amazing sunrise and just managed to catch it with my camera. Breakfast was lush peanut butter on toast and wholemeal cereals. Healthy! We then made it to his workplace, Fitness First in Brentwood where i met Oliver, a gentleman giant! I had to wait till 12pm for cleggy to finish so in the meantime i went shopping to buy various items that are actually cheaper in the UK than Spain. Once finished we sped off and ate at the food factory near chelmsford. Good food!
Arrived Jays house at 2pm, had a quick tea and a photo and off we went..

Im glad its going well so far. Be careful with the crazy frogs on the French roads.
