So technically this is my first entry into my travel blog, but consider it a prelude of sorts. This blog will be to keep my family and friends updated on my whereabouts and happenings during my semester abroad. I'm going to Bologna, Italy but you will see pictures and posts from all over Western Europe and Tunisia. I'm planning on doing a lot of travel during my free time. I'm planning on visiting at least Venice and a few lesser known areas of Italy. I'm trying to avoid the touristy areas, the prices are to high and it's easy to get robbed. Maybe Munich too depending if I can learn enough German to be able to find the train station.

I don't leave until January 15th so expect at least weekly blog posts than. I think the whole idea of a blog is easier, versus sending people various emails and skye calls. I'll be uploading pictures when I can, but it might be difficult sometimes depending where I am.

Sprint doesn't provide their iphones internet access in Europe. :p I'm not even sure I'll have reception when I'm in Africa. So welcome to anyone reading this! I hope I manage to at least keep your attention while I'm writing this thing.
