Left Hayward, Ca on a last hurray for my very reliable 1964 Chevy Malibu headed East to Yonkers, NY for a hello and goodbye to parents, family and friends before going to Nepal as a Peace Corps Volunteer for two years.

Took US Rte 580 to Oakdale picked up CA 120 me across the Sierras in Yosemite NP thru Lee Vining and into Nevada. I spent the night of Aug 16 in Yosemite West of Lee Vining, CA.
