Singapore - 18th March 2008. A nice warm arrival with a sunrise over the containers in the port! We took the shuttle bus (30mins) to Orchard Road, one of the main shopping centres, to commence our trawl. We then moved on to Bogis Street areas now cleaned up (used to be the naughty area when Dennis was a lad!) lots of local shops but very touristy. Then a hot and humid walk to Raffles for our Singapore Sling, some monkey nuts and a bite to eat. Taxi back to the pick up point and so to the ship.
