Fiji - Tuesday 12th February 2008. Weather very hot with occasional showers. Early start on a bus tour to the first settlement on the island. We were greeted with a show by the female singers and the male dancers. (see pics.) We were given a tour around the village some new and old houses the religion was Methodist. Next stop was a short cruise with lunch and then back to our ship. A lovely day had by all. We popped into the local town of Latouka for shopping but not really geared up for the tourist in fact quite poor and dilapidated. Fantastic fruit and vegetable market. Now on our way to New Zealand should arrive Sat 15th February. Three different stops in NZ starting with Auckland.
