  We left Bullhead City, Arizona this morning, making the five+ hour trek to Apache Junction, just east of Phoenix.  Next week will be our great Nascar Race long weekend at Phoenix International Raceway, so we'll have a lot of shopping and cooking to do to prepare for that!  It will be especially fun this time, since daughter and son-in-law Jess and Tom are coming out from Denver to join us for the races!
  There's a really nice swimming pool here, so we'll probably get in an hour or so of swimming (or splashing, at the very least!) every day!  Beautiful sunset here tonight, and we went out for a fabulous Mexican meal at a local restaurant!
