We decided to take the car for a day trip up towards Hearst Castle (San Simeon). A beautiful drive along Highways 1 and 101 - what a beautiful area! Tour tickets for Hearst Castle were sold out for the day, but we went through their "museum" and visitor center and got lots of pictures that look as though we were in the rooms of the castle.
Drove back by Big Sur, lunched by Moonstone Beach - a great day with lots and lots of photos to share. Will get them uploaded soon!
