We've been here since Friday, enjoying time with Mom, Jill, Rick, Megan, Nate and Basti. Mom came to stay overnight with us, and we had a good visit with her (although she's probably already forgotten all about it!)...we always enjoy having her with us, and she get a kick out of beating me at Scrabble - and seriously, I do NOT lay back and let her win - her mind works just fine when it comes to making words out of those 7 little letter tiles!
Tonight, our last night here, we went to Nate's Bandquet - his High School (Pioneer) in Ann Arbor has an incredible music and band program, and tonite's event was in honor of all the band members, and provided an opportunity for the Seniors (Nate is one) to put on a skit (kind of a roast, actually) for their band director. A fun evening - and tomorrow - on to our summer home!
