We drove through heavy rain all day, with 15-20 mph winds thrown in, for good measure. (I wonder if that's what they call DRIVING rain?!) This is our last night out on the road...the next four nights we'll be at one of our "regular" stops - actually the park we had hoped to work at in Michigan, which is only about 25 minutes from Ann Arbor and the family. Except for the white-out conditions when we were leaving Colorado on Monday, today was the only bad weather day on this cross-country trip - seems like we stayed pretty much between the storms, otherwise!
