We had a great few days with Ruth Ann and Frank, going to the Volusia Speedway dirt track one night, and to New Smyrna Speedway (an asphalt track) another night. In between, they took us to some fun restaurants - one, called "North Turn" is right on Daytona Beach, on the site of what used to be the site of the Daytona 500.
We also drove all along the beach - something you can only do on Daytona Beach.
We've now moved to our membership campground near Orlando, and our friends Harold and Alice, from SoCal, just flew in last evening to enjoy Speedweeks at Daytona, so they're coming out today to visit, and tomorrow we'll spend some more time with them and go to Volusia Speedway again.
