Another great morning for sleeping in a little, and then another bit of time spent adjusting plans.  Once again, the threat of severe weather (hail, high winds, possible tornadoes) is causing us to move earlier than we planned - we will leave here tomorrow morning (Sunday) and head to Memphis, rather than risk being caught in hailstorms here tomorrow afternoon and evening.  Appreciated so much that Downtown Riverside RV Park here in Little Rock gave us a voucher good for a future night's stay on the Riverfront, since there are no refunds.  We'd love to come back here sometime!

We had originally planned to visit the Arkansas Inland Maritime Museum (on the USS Razorback Submarine), but decided instead to get on the Noon departure of the Arkansas Queen Riverboat.  So many of the cities we have been to have offered cruising tours, on lakes or rivers, and we always enjoy a day on the water.  This cruise was just an hour and a half, but it was a beautiful day, switching between cloudy and sunny, with a pretty steady breeze.  As we did from the River Marketplace yesterday, we enjoyed seeing our home on the banks of the Arkansas River as we floated by this morning!

In the afternoon, we went to the William J. Clinton Presidential Library, which kept us occupied for several hours, looking at exhibits, in awe of the many gifts received from heads of state of other countries, sitting in the President's chair (2" taller than the rest of them) in the Cabinet meeting room, and even enjoying a special exhibit called "Play Ball", all about the rich history of the St. Louis Cardinals!  The entire museum was very well done, everything was well presented, and we were surprised to read that the Clinton Presidential Library is the first existing Federal facility to earn the Platinum Award for Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design!  One part of the exhibits that I found mind-boggling was the dozens of large looseleaf binders filled with the President's daily itineraries - many of the itineraries were several pages long - for one day!!  No wonder the leaders of our country age so quickly while in office!  It was also fun to see letters to and from the President for the likes of Elton John, "Dear Abby", Sheryl Crowe, and others!

Back to the Little Rock River Market District for a Chicago-style pizza at Gusano's pizza - then back to our little front yard on the river to watch the sunset - another fabulous day in our life on the road!

(I attempted to upload a bunch of pictures - twice - but they didn't "take" for some reason - will catch up with them soon!)
