Happy Birthday to you! Hooray! This Thursday was Mom's Birthday! Dad was in London, but we still had an excellent time at home: eating delicious apple cake, exploring the town, playing monopoly, and much more! Dad soon arrived however, and we had a full family celebration, which included delicious cake, the BEST sausage ever, and a well played game of monopoly! The next day we went on our first real excursion: a trip to visit Trish's stepsister Elise! We traveled to
Leiden, and had a great time with Elise! She knew tons about the city, and showed us some really cool places to go! We had awesome sandwiches, had delicious, fresh, and warm stroopwaffeln! There were also tons of cats roaming the city! Vivian would've been going crazy, if she weren't back home in Maine! The grand finale of our trip, however, was to a museum called Corpus! This museum brought us through all parts of the body-- literally! There was a giant human structure we went through! There were intensely interesting and awesome 3d videos, and much much more!
Leiden was awesome!
