Sleeping in, we joined Eddie and Sonal for a late breakfast and then off to another store to pick out my outfit for the wedding. This time we found a coat everyone likes and since the off the shelf trousers and shoes did not fit me, these will be custom made at no additional cost. Less than $300 for everything.

In the evening we went the home of Sonal's parents for dinner. Nalenie and Kishor are lovely warm people. We were joined by Sonal’s aunt, uncle and sister Roopal. Everybody in the room, myself excluded, was an accomplished singer and/or musician and, in addition to group singing we were treated to solos by Sonal’s uncle and mother. One of the most enjoyable evenings ever.

At about 10:30 B, Eddie and I left. (Sonal would spend the night at her parents place.) The autorickshaw ride home was one of the more harrowing of our stay in Mumbai. Lots of traffic and more than the usual quota of close calls. But we arrived in one piece at about 11:00 and then to bed.
