first we want to wish everyone a happy thanksgiving from the beaches of Phuket. For our thanksgiving we will be getting massages and then enjoying a meal on the water before leaving for Bangkok tomorrow at 4 am

Inlet off last heading to kawloon which is a town on the other side of hong kong. I equate it to a borough of NYC. And they battle with hinge kong proper for who is better!! We we to the famous lady's market which is a legalized version of canal street but on steroids. I quickly learn that they do anything for business as I ask the price and tried to lower it ..... It ended up with Sj down the street watching this lady grab my arm and try and drag me back to get the items. I was laughing and so was Sj.....we continued down the street which the entire market is about 6-7 blocks with no where to walk very tight .... We arrived as they were still setting up and that is where an ndian guy setting his shop up got into a fight with a chinese man....the funny part the Chinese man kept yelling in Chinese but the Indian guy had no idea what he was saying.....as tourists we watched for a while then left.....we made our way back to the train station to head back to the waterfront on this side of town.....once we got out we actually saw how large hong kong skyline was. Woooooo. We around the pier which is their version of holloywood(on the walk way there was marking in the concrete for famous stars and at time s full statues--Bruce lee's drew the most attention). After cruising the pier we took in lunch at theintercontentiL hotel. The lunch buffet had everything. After lunch we headed to the pier to catch a ferry back to the city for the trek to the top of the city"The Peak". We caught the bus to the tram station and headed to the top on a. Old school tram. At the top was a pseduo mall and we got coffee took some pics and jumped on a loca bus home--it was a two floor bus and we got on the top first row looking down the hillside the entire way. Got back to the hotel for a free dinner at the hotel and unfortunTely called it the night as our bodies were beat.
Our last day in hing king existed of seeing some shops that heard about in some readings. One called GODS and one called Homeless both were like anthropology meets ikea really cool stuff for your home and some clothes

We headed back to the hotel after lunch at an authentic Chinese food place of which they just throw you in chairs and serve you food as soon as you order.

Off to Thailand and specially Phuket......we landed late at night and straight to the hotel for an early mornfkng pickup to phi phi islands. Fnally meet up with my friends and off we go for a day long cruise to 4 or so islands which included a stop at where they taped the movie The Beach. The water clear the fish so neat and thenthere were the monkeys which love coming I. Contact with humans since we were feeding them.

We headed back home after our day on the water and enjoyed a peaceful night in the hotel.

As stated above we leave early tomorrow so I will we continue this from Bangkok. Have some Turkey for SJ and I
