Just like Amanda we decided to eat out for dinner. Well we had three hours to kill in the airport so took the opportunity for a relaxing dinner. Lindsey and I had the ribs, and Sophie had dragonfire chicken. We were going to have the double chocolate desert, but Amanda did not get desert until near the end of her trip.
I was going to end my post after the food portion but it will not include my picture unless I have more text. The Minneapolis Airport always makes me think of a certain Congressman that traveled through here often. After he was arrested in the airport his career was ended. I am just glad I don't have a "Wide Stance"
Mike Porter
As we boarded the flight from Traverse City to Minneapolis/St. Paul airport, I had Amanda's Kindle Raymond - I am reading the Novel, Think of a Number by John Verdon. Mike had his iPad and was watching the movie, Rainmaker. Lindsey had her old fashioned paper copy of The Pact by Jodi Piccoult. We teased Lindsey about her old fashioned ways until the stewardess came over and made Mike and I put away our electronic devices because they may interfere with the plane navigational system. I have not figured out yet how a device with the wireless turned off can do such a thing, but I held my tongue and was compliant - as I didn't want to confront the stewardess about the technicality of her request.

The frys are falling off the plate, but looks good. Haven't had a burger like that in a while. Poor Lindsey and a real book. Have fun. House still here.
Wow, you're really adventuresome, I don't think I could handle all that sacrifice.
Wondering what dragonfire chicken is, VERY HOT? Hope you have good weather.
