Im leaving for Spain and Portugal leg of the Eurotrip so I need some food and drink recommendations for while Im there. Please let me know if you have any for Madrid, Seville and Barcelona in Spain and Lisbon in Portugal.

Food
Tapas, Paella, Serrano and Sangria in Spain.

In Portugal, just Porto comes to mind.
