Being a Spanish teacher, schools interest me so I took some photos of a few classrooms and talked to some of the kids.  I'm so glad I speak Spanish and can communicate with them one on one without the need of a translator (although all the translators were really fun!)  The kids are always positive about school.

I started cleaning out my excess teacher resources this summer and brought some things to the project.  I was happy that they kept some health manuals for kids (all in Spanish) at the project to use with family education.  In one of the pictures here the school director is going through what I brought and the kids are interested.  Next time I will bring a lot more!

We also had many donations from Pat and Susie's sisters Maria and Molly and a friend of Susie's.  A colleague of Pat donated money too.
