Where I stayed
House Guests of Diane and Ken Wojcik
When he returned to the house he sliced up all the fruit for a platter to take over to his little granddaughter's 1st birthday party. Around 3pm we left for the party, it was at their son’s In-Law’s house. It was real cute, Theresa (daughter-in-law) bought all the little girls fairy wings to wear for the party. I didn’t bring my camera, so I didn’t get any pictures. It was too bad since all the little fairies were running around, most around the ages of 1 to 1 ½ years old.
Emily got a lot of real nice gifts, the first one was from Dee and she topped the gift with a pretty pink satin party hat. Emily had no problems wearing the cute little hat. When Teresa picked up the bag that I brought I had a ball tied on the front with a ribbon. Emily saw the ball and grabbed for it. Fortunately I tied it on with just a bow for ease of removal. The little fairy princess would not let go of the ball. Another little girl wanted to the ball and Emily would not let go of it. As you can expect the Emily got a lot of really cute clothes. In fact I think she got a whole new wardrobe for winter wear.
When it was time to leave Dee decided to come over to the house with us. I got in the car with her to get back to Ken and Diane’s home. When we got back to the house we sat in the family room a watch some TV. Their neighbors Beth and Steve invited us all over to their place for a few drinks. We sat around the fire pit and had a lot of laughs. It was a great day for the end of our Chicago stay.
God bless all the little fairy Princesses in this world may he shower them with love and keep them all in his care. An may he do the same for all my friends and readers of my blog.
