So today we did a spot of sight seeing. First we walked to Little India and had a nose around then we headed into the centre of Singapore, walking down towards the Singapore Flyer. On our travels we saw an impressive roof construction that looked like a boat on top of a massive hotel. We bought ourselves tickets to the viewing platform there and took some impressive pictures of the city from above. It soon started raining so we took the train down to Chinatown and mooched around there for a while, discovering on the way our Chinese New Year horoscopes for those born in the year of the Horse. Apparently it's going to be a lucky year ahead for us :)

After Chinatown we headed back to our hostel, tired and sweaty! Rikki had a quick power nap while I had a conversation with our Japanese house friend and can confirm he isn't as barmy as first thought.
