Vigan City is one of the must-sees in the Philippines. Having been proclaimed by UNESCO as a heritage site, we just cannot miss this one. SO after giving a Culture of Peace training in Tuguegarao City, Cagayan Valley, we then travelled all the way to Ilocos by bus for 9 hours just to visit the historic Vigan.
