After leaving Bar Harbour we head up from the coast then west toward New Hampshire and its White Mountains.

Today will be over 5 hours of solid driving, however we cannot just drive without stopping to explore the more interesting sights.
First up is in the town of Bangor. It is where Stephen King, novelist extraordinaire, maintains one of his 3 family homes. The house at No. 47 West Broadway has an imposing wrought-iron fence festooned with iron bats and cobwebs.

How much time do you have, in between travelling, to write so many interesting commentaries in such short spaces, put up great photos and keep the troops entertained. You are wonderful!
