8 00 milk goats or work in cheese room, which means cheese room cause I
am very bad at the goats
9 00 eat breakfast; homemade breads and jams with tahini, butter and tea
9 30 work in gardens or greenhouse tilling, planting, digging, weeding,
watering, etc
1 30 lunch; fresh vegetables or veggies from winter storage from last
years harvest = beets, parsnips, carrots, dandelion greens from flowers
in the yard, lettuce, TOO MANY potatoes ha, sometimes eggs from hen
house, and either rice, quinoa, or homemade tartes.....side note they
dont fridge anythinnnnng, all leftovers and eggs and butter sit in the
cupboard!!! i have not gotten sick so im sure all is well....maybe fridges
are an modern conspiracy to get us to spend more money
2 00 BREAK

7 30 dinner; leftovers etc
9 00 chat and go to bed or sing or look at photos online to share our
lives and stories
Mondays we have pujas, and some nights we have meditation before dinner.
