Final preparations being made, currency ordered,not going to be able to checkin on line and so hope that Sarah and I can sit together. Also found out from BA that any routing through the USA means only ONE carry on bag, russian dolls come to mind. Raffles have replied, don't have to book a table in the Long Bar for lunch on Sunday. Also found out that the Chinese New Year Parade passes close to the hotel on the eve we arrive. More on that when we see it.

This entry is really a trial to see how the blog works.

If you see the name Pindy that was my nickname as a very young child, I had to choose a user name , used it and then found I couldn't change it! So you'll have to get used to it!

How you doing Pindy??? We have just read your first entry, we feel a little short changed DC expected a little more now , anyone would think you're on holiday!
