Well after travelling for over 105,000km (70,000km of that overland) for a grand total of 247 days Tilly and I finally touched down back in good old blighty, exhausted but in good spirit. Anyways after I finished my three month work contract in Australia I decided to put a surprise "hello I,m back" plan into action with regards my parents. So since leaving Oz back in May 2006 I grew a beard in order to disguise myself (it also doubled as a don't mess with us, whilst travelling round S.America) and therefore really surprise mum and dad on my return to blighty on the 1st Sept. It worked a treat and best of all we got it on camera hidden in a parcel I pretended to deliver! See attached movie file (a bit poor quality as i have condensed it down from about 60mb to just under 4mb for email purposes). Anyways enough of the technical crap, enjoy!
