"We had our first ever diving lesson and although being very nervous and scared I did kind of like it. It feels so unnatural to breathe for such a long time under water... They taught us some of the techniques needed for our 2 dives tomorrow such as removing water out of your mask whilst being underwater, what to do when you lose your mouthpiece, what to do and what signs to use when out of air and needing a buddy, etc. Today was obviously all about technique and I hope that tomorrow it will be more about just looking around and be amazed at what there is to see.

As for songs we hear a lot in Thailand we have to mention 'What's Up' from 4 Non Blondes and 'Kiss Me' - although I am not sure who this is by. I am loving Cornershop's 'Brimful Of Asha' at the moment."
