Now I'm not one for the big cities but it was fun to visit and I met some very cool people from various parts of the world - particularly at the Hostel where I stayed (the biggest one in the world apparently). Central Park was my favourite place (in fact I tend to gravitate to parks / gardens when I hit the big cities). Beautiful time of year with lovely changing leaf colours etc.. I particularly liked 'Boat Bridge' which had a stunning classic design and was immaculately maintained (check out the piccys - it's lovely). Visited my long lost cousin, Cushla, who lives in downtown Soho and I was suitably impressed by her loft apartment - simply stunning. Haven't set foot in a place that fancy for a long time (if ever??). Well, when you hang out with the likes of Richard Gere etc. you have to keep up appearances!
