I didn't get much sleep last night. Went to bed late and woke up early. Grandson woke us up due to a charlie horse maybe around 4 am. I couldn't go back to sleep. Shortly after lunch, Wes decided to see if I could pass a stress test. We exercised to a PX90 routine. It was terrible. It took a couple hours to recover. Later. we went to the lake. Wes, Zoe and I took the bus. Czechs don't smile or laugh so you have to keep a straight face. They love to stare, though. I tried not to make eye contact this time. Maybe tomorrow. It was cold and we took a nice walk...on the lake! Many were skating even with an inch of snow covering the ice. It was beautiful. But we were pretty cold until we got back home. Michelle made another great meal tonight. No wonder Wes has to exercise! Oh yeah, Wes doesn't like his children's faces on facebook.
