Where I stayed
So we get to one of our first relaxing places from the outside bandai-atami doesnt look that nice, probably due to its heyday being 15 years ago! The hotel we stayed at was called Kirakuya Inn not much from the outside but once inside it was really nice, it has 2 public onsens for men and women with many different baths and a sauna, and two private baths on the top floor observing the mountains surounding bandai. It was really nice, Michelle`s bag broke (also her hair drier blew up, we havent got her another yet!)so we wanted to get one, the owner offered to drive us to get a new one which was really nice after we got the bag he then took us out for ramen his treat. the food at the hotel was great but even tho they had an english menu the waiter made a mistake on the second night and we had curry and rice two days in a row. we basically spent two days relaxing, we had a walk and saw a shrine, i got to know a japanese dentist in the outside bath (and no there was no gay love).

Comments
The outside of Japanese accomodation is not good
Sometimes, I feel same!
In the uk, there are a lot of good looking buildings.
So, we should do same in addition to nice inside.
Your photos reminds me of hot spring.
but, I found the hot spring powder in London.
So, I enjoy the fake one in the bath.
Hot Springs........
This place looks wonderful and we really envy you and those hot springs, well I do (mum), Dad says it's just a Turkish Bath without the roof. Loved the photos, We can just see Michelle disappearing after you found the spider, Dad says he's breeding big spiders in the shed for when you get home... Love Mum and Dad xxx
