Travelled up into the mountains with 5 of our group to go white water rafting and whizzing down a zip-wire - not just once but 5 times around a circuit over canyons and a river.

Absolutely great fun BUT - never mind spot Pete, we nearly lost Pete......check out the photos.

Just caught up on your intrepid adventures and you certainly seem to be having a fantastic time, not even a little bit homesick!!!! The sights and descriptions are wonderful and it's lovely to know exactly what you are up to. Also good to know the diet seems to be coming along nicely....."getting ready for lunch", "about to go for dinner", "may try another steak", keep up the good work!!!!
