Final day in Buenos Aires and an extra day due to the erupting volcano that has prevented us from visiting Barioloche in southern Argentina. We also spend an extra day in Mendoza for the same reason - it is such a shame as we have been told Barioloche is in a lovely part of the country with mountains and lakes.

This morning we visited Buenos Aires marina and then moved on to a nearby district which holds a huge street market every Sunday. Unfortunately one of our group was targeted by a pickpocket and lost some money - luckily not a large amount.

In the afternoon 3 of us went to the Opera House and joined a guided tour as this is the only way of having a look round. Very ornate and impressive.

Out tonight as a group, Juan is taking us to what he considers to be the best steak restaurant in Buenos Aires - Bon Appetit!!
