The ride today took us through Montescudo (which was a delight) and on to Rimini before turning south to meet at the country villa of the hotel owners Marina and Romeo; BBQ Italian style with a pasta and cured meats. Riding 20km on a very full tummy and a limonchello under my belt is a new experience.
Ride 85km and climb 1400m.
In the afternoon, the Belvedere Hotel provided pasta-making classes which the participants were served as part of the evening meal.
