The journey to BA was the best yet... we booked a ferry from Montevideo in Uruguay and three hours later we where in Buenos Aires.

Our first impresions of the place was how big it was. The past week we had not really settled anywhere dues to us travelling a lot and as BA was our last destination we were looking forward to staying in the city. Like usual we had not booked ahead but had had a few hostels recommended to us. The first one was a place the guide book said was one of the best hostels in the world.... when we arrived there we where met by a boring argentinian fool who siad there was no room at the in! The next place was Milhouse where the lads back home had stayed... luckily there was room for us so we booked in or 9 days... the staff at Milhouse deserve a special mention as they were all so nice and made our stay there th best ever.... it had nothing to do with how fit they all were and the tht there was a porn cinema next door!!

There were a few things we had on our agenda for BA including watching a football game (hopefully Boca Juniors), go eat steaks at La Cabrera, visit the cemetary where Evita´s grave was, go to a tango show, and go to Pacha!

After we had checked in we walked around the city for a while... just at the bottom of the road was the widest street in the world.. it took ages to get across and the green man has a timer on it so you can decide whether to risk it or not... Tom almost rised it everytime and managed to get the whole way across!

Like usual our first night was spent abusing the happy hour at the bar and getting as drunk as possible and went to a nightclub with some people we met at the hostel.
