The sea was angry that day my friends...
Up early and down to the marina to catch the 9:00 sailing of the Hvar Island tour. Smooth sailing for the first hour and then we were out in the open water with a strong southerly wind blowing in our face. The boat was about 22' tri-hull pontoon boat. Not very sea worthy. We pounded along for another hour and arrived in Hvar. The stop-over there was 2 hrs. We went snorkling for about an hour and then pub crawled for an hour. Back on the boat and headed for Palmizana Marina on a nearby island. Docked the boat and hiked 10 min. up and over the island to the other side to a posh restaurant, Zori, in the bay Vinocgradisce. After a gourment meal of 80 shrimp and rice, we still had time to snorkle for half an hour before heading back over the island to the marina. Back on the boat and an hour and a half back to Trogir via a different route. Caught the local bus to get us home and went for a pool swim to wrap up the day. The salt water eats sunblock, so we both got more color than we wanted. Tomorrow is the last day in Croatia as we sail for Italy at 8:15 pm. That's all for now...bye.
